Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, join a collaborative team that is ensuring colleagues across Ogier have the right information, at the right time, helping the business work more effectively.
This is a key position in the wider Strategy and Change Team, supporting the effective delivery of Ogier’s internal communications, engagement and change programmes, working with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement and the wider department.
The aim of the role is to assist in the day to day responsibilities of the team, planning, managing and refining content across internal channels, increasing employee awareness, understanding, and engagement, by closely managing communication volumes.
