About Role:
The primary focus of this role is to foster strong internal communication, promote employee engagement, and enhance the overall culture at LexisNexis, ensuring cohesive, efficient, and impactful support for the Internal Communications Manager. This role will handle business communications, streamline event coordination, and manage internal platforms and reporting, while also supporting Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Create, edit, and distribute internal communications. Manage SharePoint content.
  • Event Coordination: Planning and managing internal events, logistics, and budgets.
  • Inclusion & Diversity: Supporting I&D initiatives and coordinating ERG activities.
  • Platforms & Reporting: Maintain communication platforms and analyse engagement metrics.
  • Budget Management: Tracking expenses and coordinate event logistics.
  • Collaboration: Supporting the Internal Communications Manager and leading new starter inductions

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating, editing, and distributing internal communications.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint and other platforms to keep content organized.
  • Ability to plan and manage business and engagement events, including logistics.
  • Commitment to supporting diversity programs and collaborating with employee groups.
  • Experience working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
