Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate engaging content for internal and external platforms, including Slack, LinkedIn, newsletters, and employee spotlight features.
  • Create visually appealing materials such as infographics, videos, and presentations to support EVP-related initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling internal communications to ensure alignment with our EVP.
  • Help manage the internal communications calendar, ensuring timely updates and visibility of key projects and events.
  • Support the employee ambassador program by coordinating activities, gathering stories, and promoting advocacy campaigns.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to amplify employee voices through testimonials, blogs, and social media content.
  • Assist with planning and executing internal events, such as Culture Days, EVP workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for virtual and on-site employee events.
  • Help administer pulse surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of our EVP and communication strategies.
  • Analyse feedback data and propose actionable insights to refine communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure our employer branding aligns with external-facing channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and our careers page.
  • Support the creation of materials for recruitment campaigns, onboarding kits, and recognition programs.
