The Opportunity: Internal Communications Manager
Salary: £38,264.81per annum (London Allowance of £4427.65 is payable to our London based employees)
Contract Type: 6-month fixed term opportunity
Location: To be based at one of our main hubs in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Leeds or Glasgow.
Type of Working Arrangement: Blended approach of home and office-working is available
Hours: This is full-time role (37 hours per week)
Are you looking for your next exciting career move? British Transport Police have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join the Internal Communications Team for 6 months. Working in the Communications and Engagement department, this role plays a vital part in delivering improved employee awareness and understanding of the connection between their roles and our vision and values and to influence the organisational behaviours and culture to help us deliver that vision. The Internal Communications Manager will provide a first-class internal communications service, always looking for innovative ways to reach out to our internal audience and keep up to date with industry trends. Working with the campaigns, channels and content creation teams to ensure the consistent delivery of good internal communications across the force.
