As an Internal Communications Manager, you’ll support the Senior Manager in planning and delivering clear, engaging internal communications. You’ll create content, manage and further develop internal channels, and collaborate across teams to keep employees informed, aligned, and connected during times of change. What you will do Support the Senior Internal Communications Manager in planning and executing effective internal communications. Develop clear, engaging content (internal messages, FAQs, toolkits, briefings, intranet posts) that support organizational changes. Collaborate with HR, employer branding, and project leads to ensure timely and accurate internal messaging. Manage and further develop day-to-day internal communication. Gather employee feedback and surface insights to the Senior role for strategy refinement. Contribute creative ideas to make change-related communication more engaging and accessible. Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and clarity across all channels. What will help you to fulfill your role Proven experience in internal communications, ideally with exposure to supporting change initiatives and processes. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to translate complex business updates into clear and engaging content. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working cross-functionally.
