We are currently recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager to join our established and experienced Communications team here at RSA on a hybrid basis for a 12 month FTC.
Your role
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Internal Communications Manager to join our Commercial Lines business. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of our One Commercial change programme, ensuring our people remain informed, engaged, and connected through high-quality internal communications (75%) and engaging broker communications (25%).
You’ll develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, create impactful content across multiple channels, and manage key internal events such as briefings and Q\&A sessions. You’ll also oversee the Commercial Lines intranet hub, keeping content relevant and up to date.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll provide clarity and consistency in messaging, always aligned with our brand, values, and tone of voice. You’ll also support broker communication activity, helping maintain strong external relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an energetic, change-oriented environment, and who has a passion for using communication to drive engagement and alignment.
About you
You’re an experienced internal communications professional, having ideally worked within a complex or regulated environment. You have a sharp eye for detail, a flair for storytelling, and a deep understanding of how effective communication can drive cultural and operational change.
Your writing is clear, engaging, and purpose-driven, and you’re comfortable using a variety of digital tools to get your message across. You’re confident managing multiple projects at once, with solid planning and stakeholder engagement skills to match.
You understand the importance of tone, empathy, and timing—especially when navigating sensitive or complex topics. Above all, you bring creativity, professionalism, and a strong collaborative spirit to everything you do.
