Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you are the craftsman of messaging. Meticulous and strategic, you narrate the company’s story through various channels, ensuring relevance, coherence, and impact. This role often serves as the critical editorial eye, fostering a communication landscape that engages and informs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Craft and execute comprehensive communication plans that seamlessly align with the company’s vision and business goals. Ensure effective dissemination of relevant information to the appropriate individuals at opportune moments, fostering a well-informed and engaged workforce.
- Collate and interpret data on message penetration and audience feedback to refine strategies.
- Draft compelling content for newsletters, announcements, and internal websites.
- Curate engaging experiences, such as Town Halls or QBUs, that enhance corporate culture.
- Function as the liaison and advisor between various company departments to facilitate transparent information flow.
