As an Internal Communications Specialist in the Global Sales & Research Internal Communications team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies that align with our business vision. You will collaborate with global teams to enhance employee engagement and drive results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and execution skills.
  • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; strong editing and digital savvy.
  • Ability to partner effectively with management, team members, and executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards related to risk, compliance, and the Code of Conduct.
  • High level of independence, energy, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; additional software skills a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Experience supporting Sales & Research businesses.
  • Writing samples required when applying.

Responsibilities
  • Support communications projects and initiatives across Sales & Research businesses.
  • Write and edit content for intranet articles, executive messages, and event invitations.
  • Assist in planning and logistics for town halls, leadership meetings, and other internal events.
  • Maintain accurate tracking systems for communication metrics.
  • Collaborate with global CIB Internal Communications colleagues to implement communication plans.
  • Ensure effective global communications in coordination with Corporate Communications.
