This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a full-time Internal Communications Specialist in Amsterdam with Signify.
As Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Signify’s strategy and developing our corporate culture, with the responsibility for delivering communications campaigns across a range of platforms and geographies.
You’ll report to the Head of Internal Communications and will be working with a network of communications and functional business leaders across Signify. You will deliver impactful integrated communications and employee engagement campaigns, celebrating Signify’s wins and bringing our teams closer together.
We are looking for someone with more than five years’ experience in the Corporate Communications environment. You have excellent organizational skills with experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You have experience with virtual and in-person events, managing projects on your own and keeping others on track. You enjoy making new connections and working with diverse stakeholders in and outside of the communications profession. You are financially literate and understand the corporate business cycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work on communications and employee engagement campaigns across a wide range of business areas and support communications of Signify’s company-wide partnership with Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team.
  • Own internal channel strategy and coordinate content, supporting publication on internal and external channels.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person leadership events and supporting content, including involvement in quarterly earnings, Annual General Meeting and Annual Report.
  • Maintain and manage the internal communications content calendar, create internal assets (such as visuals and videos) and creative concepts for employee engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with communication experts, functional business partners and global communications managers.
  • Manage the activity of interns and external agency partners and analyze internal engagement activity and manage periodical internal reviews.
