Role Main Purpose: To support the implementation of internal communication activities by preparing content, managing communication channels, and coordinating engagement initiatives that enhance employee awareness, alignment, and involvement. Operational Responsibilities: Content Support and Preparation Assist in drafting and editing internal communications such as emails, announcements, newsletters, and intranet posts. Gather and compile content (e.g., employee achievements, departmental updates, event summaries). Help maintain communication templates for various recurring needs. Channel and Tool Management Upload and update content on the intranet and internal platforms. Coordinate email distributions using approved communication tools. Monitor usage and basic analytics of communication tools and suggest improvements. Employee Engagement Coordination Assist in organizing internal events and campaigns (e.g., employee spotlights, appreciation days). Coordinate logistics for town halls, employee forums, or recognition activities. Support the collection of employee feedback through surveys or suggestion boxes. Communication Logistics and Support Maintain communication calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Track internal communications and archive them for reference and compliance. Provide logistical support for training sessions and awareness initiatives. Collaboration and Administration Liaise with other departments to gather information and coordinate messaging. Maintain an internal communications database, including key contacts and content resources. Support the communication team in administrative duties and reporting preparation. Performance Indicators: % Increase in employee awareness of key initiatives (measured via pulse surveys) % Increase in average employee satisfaction with internal communications % Increase in intranet content engagement (clicks, views, time spent) % Increase in open and click-through rates of internal emails/newsletters % Improvement in event participation and feedback ratings % Reduction in communication errors or rework due to unclear messaging % Increase in feedback submissions through internal channels % Improvement in response time to internal communication requests Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. 3-6 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, administration, or related coordination roles. Experience supporting communication or HR functions in a corporate environment is an advantage. Knowledge and Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of intranet and internal communication tools. Attention to detail and strong time management. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Creative and adaptable to new tools and ideas.
