Job Description AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Internal Communications to support the Americas Regions, driving employee engagement, organizational alignment, and leadership visibility across a complex, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic communications leadership Content development & storytelling Executive & stakeholder engagement Digital platforms & channels Change, transformation & crisis communications Top Skills & Competencies Active listening Relationship building Empathy & emotional intelligence Exceptional written & verbal communication Strategic messaging and storytelling Digital proficiency Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BA/BS plus at least 10 years of relevant internal communications experience within a complex, global organization or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education At least 2 years of leadership experience Proven experience developing strategic, integrated communication plans. Strong writing portfolio reflecting internal and executive communications. Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders. Experience managing multi‑channel communications and digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in change communications strongly preferred.
