DESCRIPTION

The Internal Compliance & Accreditation Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organisation adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and international standards, particularly ISO certifications. Additionally, the manager is accountable for data protection management, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to safeguard personal and sensitive data in line with applicable data protection laws.
This role can be either full time or part time.
This multifaceted role is critical to safeguarding the company’s reputation, enhancing operational resilience, and fostering a culture of security and compliance across the organisation.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferable.

    • 5 years experience

    • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HR legal compliance, and data protection regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
