We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position “Internal Control Assessment Specialist” (m/f/d).

• Have an overview about Internal Control and Compliance priorities in the entities of Airbus
• Provide support and guidance for process owners in Finance
• Track deficiencies in the group
• Coordinate on-site review planning, incl. core entities to be checked, timelines, responsibilities etc. and write internal reports. This work will be cross functional and cross division
• Ensure through interviews and tests that internal rules, regulations and standards are effectively applied and that the local Top Management manages risks adequately
• Formulate recommendations of Internal Controls improvement and advise on the establishment of roadmaps and concrete action plans and deadlines to local Heads of Finance departments
• Support the finance departments in the monitoring and progress of action plans related to internal financial control improvement recommendations (coming from Checks or from internal or external audits)
• Prepare and provide inputs for regular high-level management meetings
• Able to travel within Airbus Home countries
