Job Description Monitor end-to-end MFS/PSP revenue flows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely settlement. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Assurance control checks, reconciliations, and exception analysis. Analyze transaction usage, commissions, settlements, and partner revenue data to identify potential leakage. Support the development of automated controls, dashboards, and alert mechanisms to minimize revenue loss. Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Business, and Operations teams to resolve revenue leakage issues within defined SLAs. Validate new product & Campaign configurations and system changes to ensure revenue integrity prior to launch. Monitor suspicious transactions and abnormal user behavior using relevant analytical tools. Detect agent/merchant/customer fraud patterns and escalate incidents in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Support fraud investigations through data analysis, documentation, and case reporting. Coordinate with law enforcement and field operations when necessary. Develop, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework for MFS/PSP operations. Test and continuously monitor internal controls across PSP/MFS business processes. Conduct risk assessments and prepare periodic risk and control reports. Academic Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Job Experience Required 2–3 years (Revenue Assurance / Fraud / Telco / MFS / PSP / Banking) Required Capabilities Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulatory frameworks, reporting obligations and compliance requirements relevant to MFS/PSP operations. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with attention to detail. Hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and familiarity with Python (preferred) and Linux environments. Understanding of MFS/PSP/Telecommunication revenue streams, mediation platforms, and financial systems is an advantage. Clear understanding of fraud types, preventive controls, and investigation methodologies. Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
