Internal Controls Manager

As an Internal Controls Manager, you will play a key role in the development and maturity of IVCE. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our journey for Internal Controls across key business areas including, Legal, Compliance, ESG, Operations and more.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the appropriate minimum control requirements are in place to meet IVCE and Corporate Governance Requirements.
  • Act as an advisor to the business to provide guidance and best practices in control performance and risk mitigation through control.
  • Drive business ownership of their minimum control requirements.
  • Identify insights to share with executive management to help drive control improvements.
  • Support the completion of key reporting requirements such as Audit and Risk Committee papers.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in areas of responsibility.
  • Be part of projects impacting controls to ensure all risks are being considered and the business is appropriately considering control impacts.
