REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of web, database and management applications
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and CMS systems
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyse, project management, autonomy, result orientation and teamworking
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
    Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in consultancy, particularly digital/software consultancy
  • Experience in EDI/ICT integration projects
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of warehouse management system or ERP
  • Knowledge of Ariba Network and/or Marketplace and/or similar eProcurement systems
  • Knowledge of process analysis

Responsibilities
  • present to and advise on the Hoffmann Group’s E-Business systems (online shop, marketplace, EDI systems, electronic catalogues, etc.) and the process benefits for the customer
  • interfacing with the specialist departments of the parent company and other partners for the management of projects (including international projects), the creation/observance of procedures, the development of internal subsidiary know-how and the use of shared systems
  • responsible for ensuring all customers that use eBusiness ordering platform’s orders are processed successfully and establishing root cause if not
  • preparing bespoke electron catalogues, according to the specifications defined by customers
  • integrating major customers through the development of EDI projects - training customers and colleagues, internal and external
  • assisting clients and colleagues in relation to the use and problems of E-Business systems
  • analyse data and prepare company reports
  • Support set up and implementation of Inventory Management Systems at customer sites
  • Control, monitor and analysis customer inventory/stock levels and make suggestions in line with customer usage
  • contribute to the development of the organisation and innovation of the department, with the aim of continuous improvement of processes and solutions
  • Supporting the sales force and all other technicians involved in a project-customer development perspective;
  • Demonstrations at showrooms, trade fairs or other customers;
