The Internal Fleet Analyst is part of the broader Business Planning and Analytics Team within the Sales, Delivery & Service Organization. This role will report to the Fleet & Supply Management team, responsible for the optimization of the internal fleet and the new vehicle supply allocation across EMEA. We are working closely with local markets as problem solvers and support logistics, Sales and the Sales Operation team.
This position is ideal for a talented individual who is passionate about process optimization and has strong analytical skills. You’ll help manage our internal fleet and develop our rental services while optimizing and implementing innovative systems and tools. As we scale, you’ll play a key role in building a consistent operational model and executing large-scale projects, all while enhancing the experience of our employees.
The ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver who can manage competing priorities, work with multiple stakeholders, and identify objectives across diverse interests. We’re looking for someone who is diligent, dedicated, and proactive—leveraging existing resources to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a Rental Program: Identify key objectives, target audience and create a rental program by developing a comprehensive plan, followed by seamless execution.
  • Develop a Carpool Solution: Assess the current transportation needs and challenges within the organization, design a roll out that minimize cost and track and review the usage/development of the carpool.
  • Rework the company policy on Internal Vehicle: Review the existing policy to identify areas that need improvement, gather stakeholder inputs to understand needs and concern and work in collaboration with HR to draft and deploy a policy that address current issues and match with the organization goal and guidelines.
  • Optimize Efficiency: Drive improvements in efficiency by analyzing and optimizing usage, availability and ready to use (registration)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales Ops, HR, Business Analytics, Logistics, and Production to align goals and improve operational performance as well as 3rd party companies (consulting, vendors)
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Generate actionable insights using data to guide decisions on vehicle assignment, rotation.
  • Manage Daily Operations & Continuous Improvement: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows, systems, and data accuracy.
  • Pricing & Cost Oversight: Audit and validate pricing structures, depreciation, cost to ensure we optimize cost of the programs.
  • Develop Automation Solutions: Create and implement automated solutions using Python and SQL to improve workflows and increase productivity.
  • Project Management: Lead and execute ad-hoc projects aimed at improving tools, processes, and overall operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proactive & Results-Driven: Self-starter with a strong drive for continuous improvement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with SQL and Python, with hands-on experience building and optimizing operational models. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to leverage technology for data analysis and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Process Optimization Expertise: Strong understanding of business processes with an eye for detail, enabling you to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows for better results.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to build strong, productive relationships with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
