We are looking for an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support multiple healthcare facilities within a fast-growing behavioral health organization in the U.S. This is a high-volume, candidate-focused 180 recruitment role with no business development or sales component. This role is fully candidate-focused and ideal for recruiters who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and enjoy speaking to a high volume of candidates each day. *** This position only offer a fixed salary and is not a commission paying role.*** PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time – subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States as well as the operational requirements of the Company). You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role. Job Responsibilities: Manage 20–80 active requisitions per month across multiple healthcare facilities Conduct 18–24 screening interviews per day (15-minute structured interviews) Screen candidates against predefined role criteria and make quick, accurate hiring recommendations Schedule qualified candidates directly into hiring managers’ calendars Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline at all times Re-engage previous applicants when new applicant flow slows Follow up with hiring managers regarding interview outcomes and hiring decisions Accurately update and manage candidate records within the ATS Review and improve job ads to increase candidate flow when needed Provide market insight and hiring feedback to leadership (e.g. candidate availability, pay alignment) Manage multiple hiring managers and facilities with varying communication styles What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment Comfortable conducting back-to-back interviews throughout the day Strong time management and scheduling skills Confident communicator with excellent phone and virtual interviewing skills Highly organized and able to work independently Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage but not required Tools & Systems: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Calendar scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly, Teams) This Role Is Best Suited For Someone Who: Enjoys a fast-paced, production-driven recruitment environment Thrives on structure, volume, and momentum Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders Takes pride in moving candidates quickly and efficiently If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
