Role Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled IRCA trained Internal Audit Manager to join our growing compliance team.
This new role involves conducting systematic internal audits to ensure our compliance with current ISO standards while actively contributing to the implementation and integration of new standards, such as ISO 42001, ISO 22301 etc, in alignment with organisational goals, during a busy time of change and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will be someone with drive who is well used to working in a complex, global matrix environment and thrives in a varied role.
You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong background in auditing- ideally within a SaaS/Tech organisation and the ability to navigate the evolving compliance landscape.
This role will be based mostly remote with travel to Birmingham HQ a few times a month, and other occasional other travel as necessary. You will thrive here if you enjoy working with autonomy, and tend to bring solutions to a team
What You Will Do:

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:



    • IRCA Lead Auditor qualification in at least one technical discipline (ISO 27001 / ISO 20000-1)

    EXPERIENCE:



      • Proven experience conducting internal or external audits, across multiple ISO standards (Ideally including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1 & ISO 42001) within an Saas / Tech organisation.

      • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in a technology setting.
      • Experience supporting the adoption of new standards is highly desirable.

      TECHNICAL SKILLS:



        • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000-1 requirements.

        • Ability to assess and align organisational processes with ISO requirements.
        • Proficiency in audit management tools and reporting software.

        SOFT SKILLS:



          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

          • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
          • Adaptable and forward-thinking, with a proactive approach to learning and applying new standards like ISO 42001.
