You will ensure that our IT systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the business goals. This includes managing IT services, leading digital transformation projects, implementing best practices, and providing technical support to the team. This UK-based position plays a key role in supporting our global teams across the UK, EMEA, North America, and APAC regions. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our London office as needed. Working hours are aligned with standard UK business hours. What you will do IT Strategy and Leadership Develop and execute the company's internal IT strategy to support business objectives. Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the use of modern and efficient technologies. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address technology needs. Infrastructure and Systems Management Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, and devices). Ensure uptime, scalability, patching and reliability of internal systems and applications. Manage and optimize cloud solutions, software licenses, and hardware procurement. Cybersecurity and Compliance Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) and best practices. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. IT Support and Team Management Lead and develop the internal IT team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Provide hands-on technical support for employees and resolve IT-related issues efficiently. Manage vendor relationships and IT service agreements. Adhere to INSTANDA’s information security policies, guidelines, and best practices to protect our company and our clients. Contribute to a culture of security awareness within the company. What we’re looking for Proven experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra, Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, Azure. Strong project management skills and experience leading IT initiatives. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks. Experience working in a software or technology-driven business. Certifications such as TOGAF, Microsoft or Azure Certifications.
