Description

Logika 4PL is a fourth-party logistics company delivering supply chain consulting, freight, warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, and technology-enabled logistics services. Working across the logistics and supply chain sector, the company supports complex operational needs with a strong focus on systems, coordination, and reliable infrastructure. As Internal IT Manager, you will play a central role in helping the business clearly represent and communicate its internal IT environment. This role is focused on building understanding across the company's systems landscape and supporting the presentation of that landscape in audit and project contexts, particularly where clear technical documentation and stakeholder coordination are essential. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the IT systems operated across the business. Present internal IT systems and related documentation during ISO audits and in the context of European projects involving the company. Represent and explain the company’s IT infrastructure clearly to internal stakeholders and external parties as needed. Degree in IT. 5-10 years of experience in audit-facing enterprise IT infrastructure work. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and documentation, with experience using Microsoft 365 and IT documentation tools. Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, and AEOF. Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders across operations and compliance, and supporting European project requirements with technical IT input. Fluent Greek and English for technical presentations. Eligibility to work in Greece.

Responsibilities

The role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's internal IT systems landscape. The manager will represent and document this infrastructure during ISO audits and European projects for internal and external stakeholders.
