You'll ensure our teams stay connected and productive while driving automation initiatives that scale with our growth. This role combines hands-on technical support with strategic process improvement, making it perfect for someone who loves solving problems and building efficient systems. ■職務内容（Duties & Responsibilities）日常ITオペレーションの管理（ヘルプデスク対応、インフラの安定運用）入社・退社対応、アクセス管理、IT資産管理 Google Workspace、Slack、Microsoft 365などのエンタープライズツールおよび社内システムの管理ハードウェアリフレッシュ、新規サービス導入、インフラ改善などの各種プロジェクト推進 IT関連ドキュメントの整備および継続的な改善 ITプロセスおよびサービスの課題を主体的に発見し、改善施策を実行 Oversee day to day IT operations, help desk management, and infrastructure stability. Manage onboarding and offboarding, access control, and asset management. Administer enterprise systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and internal tools. Execute projects such as hardware refreshes, new service integrations and infrastructure improvements. Maintain and enhance the IT documentation base.
