We are seeking a dynamic and experienced internal communications professional to join our global communication team in a pivotal role that combines stakeholder management, project responsibility, and leadership communications.   This role requires excellent advisory and presentation skills, so if your trademark includes being a natural relationship builder who is curious about the business and people, this might be a fit for you. As a key member of Falck’s global Communications, Branding & Sustainability team, your main responsibilities will include:    * Leadership communication: You will be central to strengthening our leadership communication and cascade of  messages to our employees. You will support our leaders in their ongoing communication with their organisation by advising them and curating relevant content for our communications cascade. You will also orchestrate our virtual leadership meetings and play a key role in making our annual inperson leadership summit a success.    * Strategic internal communication: You will help provide direction and status to ensure that our colleagues are informed, engaged and motivated. This includes communicating about our group strategy, business performance, our purpose, our Winning Behaviours and global awareness days. You will develop and drive our internal communications overview that forms the basis for our annual activities plan. Additionally, you will support the organisation in creating quality content for our internal channels.    * Community facilitation: You will be instrumental in driving and developing our global communications community, focusing on knowledge sharing and alignment on global concepts and strategic agendas and messaging.  This role is an 11-12 months maternity cover position.   To be the perfect match for this position you:    You have some years of experience with internal and leadership communications, where you have provided sound communications advice and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders in an international context.  In addition, you demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of effectively working with executive management. Although this is not a people manager role, there will be plenty of informal leadership, for example through heading up project teams, collaborating with leaders and colleagues across the global organisation, and successfully driving communities.
