Summary/Objective  This position is responsible for leading the internal marketing and member communication efforts for Club operations. This includes ownership of the event and activities communications processes, flyer creation, database management, Tributary app and website or other E-communications functionality, and new member onboarding communications. This position will work in partnership with our externally contracted marketing and PR teams who are focused on brand recognition and development efforts, as well as larger projects related to operations or real estate marketing efforts. This position may also support social media management and content creation as the development and Club marketing strategy evolves.   Essential Functions  * Maximize member Club engagement through creative marketing communications * Establish and maintain event and activity communications timelines for all stakeholders  * Develop strong relationships, processes, and systems to maximize internal member communications efficiency and impact * Gather operations information by collaborating with department managers and participating in select stakeholder meetings * Leverage assorted marketing and design software programs to achieve marketing and communications outcomes * Create, organize, and compose communication content utilizing a variety of communication platforms (email, flyers, banners, campaigns, etc.) for publishing to internal stakeholders * Ensure communications content is thoughtful, accurate, timely, clear, and relevant  * Facilitate the publishing of all member newsletters, announcements, and other campaigns * Review and copyedit all internal communications to ensure brand alignment and one voice * Oversee the creation, publishing and communication of the annual marketing materials such as the Summer and Winter guides, trail maps, event brochures, etc * Manage and maintain the Tributary App and Website, and other programs relevant to internal communications * Manage the member campaign database of names and emails ensuring accuracy and organization * Manage the full life-cycle of all property related photoshoots for internal marketing purposes * Facilitate all new memberships prior to Club onboarding such as background checks, applications, and welcome letters Marginal Functions  * Partner with key stakeholders within the Development group (Sterling Bay), PR firm, and external marketing organizations to align internal marketing efforts with external efforts * Support the communications and marketing goals of Tributary Real Estate as needed * Support the executive leadership team with assorted tasks as needed   Competencies  1.
