Talentspoc is seeking a skilled and compassionate **Internal Medicine** physician to join our healthcare team in Oman. This role involves providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients by diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. You will deliver patient-centered care, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Perform thorough medical histories and physical examinations on adult patients. Diagnose and manage complex acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs and preferences of each patient. Provide education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle changes. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical standards and regulations. Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in Internal Medicine. Participate in community health initiatives to promote overall wellness. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Board certification or equivalent qualification in Internal Medicine. Valid medical license to practice in Oman. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine preferred. Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
