POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative medicine • Structured clinical environment with established workflows and protected administrative time • Team-based care model supporting efficient patient management and continuity of care • Mission-driven healthcare organization focused on long-term community impact and accessible care delivery • Chicago location offering major professional opportunity, diverse neighborhoods, lakefront recreation, and vibrant city living COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $195,000 – $225,000 SCHEDULE • Consistent weekday outpatient schedule • Built-in administrative time • Phone-only evening call coverage from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM ROLE • Deliver adult outpatient Internal Medicine services within community-focused healthcare setting • Manage chronic diseases, preventative care, and ongoing primary care treatment plans • Maintain patient continuity and long-term care relationships • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care delivery • Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and workflow management • Support mission-driven patient-centered healthcare initiatives ENVIRONMENT • Outpatient-only adult primary care setting • Team-supported clinical structure • Mission-driven healthcare organization • Established Athena EMR workflows • Community-focused patient population BENEFITS • Health insurance options • Dental and vision coverage • Life insurance • 39 total paid days off annually • CME allowance: $3,000 plus 5 CME days • 403(b) retirement plan with match and profit sharing • Loan repayment eligibility • Malpractice insurance covered with no tail Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED • Strong chronic disease management and preventative care experience preferred • Passion for continuity-based community healthcare REQUIRED • Comfortable practicing within collaborative care environment REQUIRED • New graduates and experienced physicians welcome Not ready to formally apply?
