POSITION OVERVIEW • Mission-aligned outpatient Internal Medicine role serving a diverse Northern California patient population • Collaborative multidisciplinary care model with strong clinical support and meaningful community health impact • Opportunity to practice relationship-driven adult medicine with manageable patient expectations and built-in operational support • Access to integrated services including behavioral health, chiropractic care, acupuncture, telepsychiatry, and virtual triage resources • Strong mentorship and onboarding structure with dedicated six-month support program for new providers COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $234,635.20 – $267,624.00 • $12,400 annual access bonus for meeting 9-patient clinic target • Up to $44,000 annual additional productivity bonus potential • Partnership-eligible physicians: • $50,000 sign-on bonus • $25,000 retention bonus in year 2 • $25,000 retention bonus in year 3 • Non-partnership eligible physicians: • $25,000 sign-on bonus • $12,500 retention bonus in year 2 • $12,500 retention bonus in year 3 • $10,000 relocation reimbursement • Additional $10,000 relocation support available for parent or in-law relocation assistance SCHEDULE • Full-time outpatient schedule • Five 8-hour clinic shifts weekly CLINICAL SUPPORT MODEL • 2 Medical Assistants assigned per provider • 0.7 RN support per provider • Virtual triage support services • Integrated interdisciplinary care environment ROLE • Provide outpatient adult primary care services to a diverse patient population • Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and complex medical conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning and quality initiatives • Utilize integrated specialty resources to support comprehensive patient care delivery BENEFITS • 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time • $5,000 annual company credit card for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment expenses • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Laptop and cell phone provided • Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers • Benefits begin first of the month following start date • NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000 to $300,000 depending on program participation and service commitment Requirements • MD or DO degree REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED • Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED • Commitment to serving underserved and diverse patient populations REQUIRED • Comfortable practicing within a multidisciplinary outpatient care environment REQUIRED • New graduates welcome • Experienced providers preferred Not ready to formally apply?
