Description We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician who values schedule stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with adult patients in a fully outpatient primary care setting. This position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care while supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team. Position Highlights Fully outpatient Internal Medicine practice Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends No call responsibilities Adult-focused patient population Supportive clinical and administrative staff Opportunity to develop long-term patient relationships Stable patient volume and work-life balance Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventative care and wellness visits Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Compensation Base salary up to $220,000 Up to $50,000 student loan repayment assistance $2,500 relocation assistance Full Benefits, 401K, CME, PTO, and more Ideal Candidate Enjoys outpatient adult medicine Values consistency and schedule predictability Thrives in an autonomous practice environment Appreciates strong team support and collaboration Seeks long-term patient relationships and continuity of care Requirements Board Certified in Internal Medicine Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain Experience in outpatient primary care Strong commitment to patient-centered care Comfortable managing up to 25 patients per day Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
