About the OpportunityJoin a multidisciplinary specialist team providing consultation and ongoing care to adult patients. The practice offers an outpatient-focused setting with established clinic infrastructure and opportunities for collaboration across specialties.Physicians with clinical interests in cardiometabolic health, diabetes management, respirology, or sleep medicine are welcome. There is an opportunity to explore incorporating these interests into a broader internal medicine practice, depending on qualifications and clinic needs.

  • Responsibilities include:Providing internal medicine consultations, diagnostic assessments, and follow-up care.
  • Managing patients with complex medical conditions and multiple chronic diseases, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular risk factors.
  • Working collaboratively with referring family physicians and other specialists.
  • Coordinating investigations, treatment plans, and ongoing patient management.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and professional standards of care.

  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Interest in working within a collaborative outpatient practice.
