Description

We are looking for a dedicated **Internal Medicine** physician to join our committed healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, focusing on both prevention and treatment of a variety of health conditions. As an Internal Medicine physician, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough medical evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, and promoting effective communication with patients and their families. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed patient assessments including medical history and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage chronic and acute health conditions in adults. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Educate patients about disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices. Collaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients. Participate in ongoing medical education and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to community health initiatives and outreach programs. MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Internal Medicine is required. A valid medical license to practice in the state. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Internal Medicine is preferred. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and medical education. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
