We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. Job Title: Authorizations and Profiles Team Specialist I Department: Revenue Cycle Management- Billing  Duties & Responsibilities: * Performs appropriate follow-up activities on documentation reviews/audits * Takes necessary action to ensure timely resolution with providers * Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective, and efficient manner * Performs detailed follow-up activities on assigned patients/centers according to procedures * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed * Detail-oriented and able to meet daily goals * Enjoys being a team player * Great at using Excel and Word Qualifications: * 1-2 years of RBT experience  * 1-2 years of previous job experience (preferably remote) * 1-2 years of medical record/auditing experience highly preferred * Proactive and positive team player with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite * Proficient in CentralReach Critical Traits:   * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Perks: * 10 Days of PTO, 10 Paid Holidays, 2 Flex Days + More with Tenure * Student Loan Repayment Employer Contributions * Maternity/Paternity Award of up to $3,000 & FSA Options for Childcare * Door Dash Pass, Team Happy Hours, and Regional Night of Honors * Up to $600 Student Loan Repayment Options & Tuition Discounts.
