We are inviting applications for a two-year fixed term leadership role as a Code Development Co-Ordinator (Senior Campus) - Netball starting in January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a sporting code across all year levels, increasing engagement and enhancing the skill levels of our students. About the Role The Code Development Co-Ordinator will lead the growth, quality, and sustainability of Netball at KingsWay School, ensuring safe, inclusive, and values-aligned opportunities for all students while championing pathways for players, coaches, and officials. Key responsibilities include: Spearheading the strategic growth of the sporting code through a seasonal and long-term development plan Promoting the code through effective communications Identifying talent and creating pathways for development Chairing the school's code committee Overseeing the volunteer coaches, managers, and officials The successful applicant will have experience in sport co-ordination, knowledge of local and national pathways for the code as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
