Requirements Pay Rate: $22 - $28 / HOUR OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Ensuring material availability and timely information flow to operations enhancing overall efficiency and workflow. ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1) Assist in tracking inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. 2) Coordinate with buyers and internal suppliers to confirm order statuses and delivery schedules. 3) Communicate with personnel to facilitate smooth logistics operations. 4) Identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and delivery delays. 5) Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of all associated files. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience): 1) Ability to work with an ERP system and data bases 2) Familiarity with Fulton products and materials 3) Ability to multitask DEMONSTRATED CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: 1) Communication – Ability to ensure information is passed on to others who should be kept informed. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversation and interaction with others. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1) Repetitive Motion – Substantial movement/motion of the wrists, hands, or fingers. 2) Sitting – The body is supported by buttocks and back and employees needs to remain seated for extended periods of time. 3) Walking –Frequent standing and walking. 4) Must be able to exert up to 50 lbs. 5) Vision – Visual acuity is required to view a computer terminal and to analyze data
