Description As the Internal Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in interdepartmental coordination. This position is responsible for ensuring the completion of competitive market reporting by the Sales Counselors and preparing reports for analysis and CMA Reviews. Additionally, this person will help the Architecture team with floorplan set up and management. Requirements JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, and other duties may be assigned) Spends pre-selected working hours at the Support Center. Potential working times could be (but are not limited to) (3) 8-hour days or (5) 5-hour days. Acts as a liaison between Sales and Analytics for CMA (competitive market analysis) data collection Updates CMAs in Excel and Power BI and prepares slide deck for CMA Reviews Update Analytics & Sales reporting Assists Architecture in plan set preparation Documents processes and procedures for future reference Coordinates with Architecture vendors as needed (Renderings, Model Merchandising, Wisenbaker) Active follow up on CMA action items REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience: Experience in Homebuilding or real estate preferred Language Ability: Highly proficient in spoken and written English Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand requests, apply established procedures, identify missing or inconsistent information, and exercise judgment to resolve routine issues or escalate appropriately COMPETENCIES Ability to work independently and quickly learn new skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
