Internal Posting HR-FM-2026-05 *This opportunity is for an existing vacancy Job Title: Janitor Posted: Tuesday, January 27, 2026 Department: Facilities Management Closes: 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 03, 2026 Location: City Buildings as required Reports to: Asset & Facilities Manager Status: Full Time 40.0 hours/week Union: IBEW Local 1730 Wage: $26.80 per hour with benefits as per the IBEW Collective Agreement. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Asset & Facilities Manager, or designate, will ensure that the designated buildings of the municipality are clean and safe by performing routine tasks in maintaining cleanliness, sanitary conditions and appearance including seasonal snow removal and other duties as assigned. This position is 40.0 hours per week (5 shifts of 8.0 hours per day), over a 7 day period which could include days, evenings and weekends.
