We're on the hunt for a talented Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the Bristol, Aztec West office, the rest working from home. As a key player in our recruitment function, you'll work closely with recruiting managers and the broader team to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. You'll be managing 15+ vacancies at different stages of sourcing, selection, and onboarding. 🚀 ✨ Key Responsibilities: 🔍 Initial Role Briefing: Conducting initial meetings with recruiting managers to understand role requirements. 📞 Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Finding suitable candidates and conducting initial telephone screenings. 📅 Interview Coordination: Arranging interviews between candidates and recruiting managers. 💼 Offer Management: Handling the offer process for selected candidates. 📜 Compliance: Ensuring adherence to both client and Assystem processes, legislation, and company policies. 🖥️ ATS Management: Accurately recording vacancy and candidate details within the ATS system Qualifications Profile 🌟 You’ll be an amazing recruiter with a deep understanding of the complete recruitment cycle, including: 🔍 Undertaking role briefs 📋 Sourcing 👥 Interviewing ✍️ Offer management 📝 Onboarding You'll be working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be comfortable working at speed while ensuring accuracy is never compromised.
