EMJ is growing, and we are looking for a Recruiter to attract and recruit ‘Gold Medal Winners’ to further strengthen our team.

  • Experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter: You have experience managing the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle (agency or in-house) and understand the importance of a world-class candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from job posting to offer, partnering with hiring managers and conducting video interviews.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles and align expectations for successful hires.
  • Create Engaging Job Advertisements: Develop and post engaging job ads on our careers page, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Proactively Source Candidates: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to headhunt and source candidates for open positions.
  • Manage Recruitment Data & KPIs: Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track key performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and speed of our hiring process.
  • Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes: Feel comfortable providing and receiving feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our recruitment strategies.
