• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
• A passion for highly professional customer service, administration, and organisation
• Proactive work ethic, who enjoys working independently, with support from the wider recruitment team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Following a strong start to 2025, and demand for hiring increasing across the board, we are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our internal team of two and assist in further developing our direct hiring efforts.
In this role, you’ll work with hiring managers across the business, and the recruitment team to deliver high calibre candidate shortlists across varied technology focused opportunities, both perm and contract. You will be supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on your own direct hiring campaigns, as well as working externally with agencies where necessary, always ensuring we are hiring the top talent within the industry.
