Job Title: Internal Recruiter
Location: North Bristol - Office based
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8-5
Salary/package: Up to £32,000 plus bonus
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent across a variety of roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, represent LivGreen to external candidates, and ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process from start to finish.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while supporting business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • Previous experience in internal recruitment, agency recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and job boards
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies at pace
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused

Desirable:

  • Experience recruiting for roles in construction, sustainability, or engineering
  • Knowledge of employer branding or social recruitment strategies
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes or HR systems

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple departments and regions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on best hiring strategies
  • Write engaging job adverts and post across relevant platforms
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants and hiring activity
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, references, and offers
  • Support onboarding of new hires in collaboration with HR and line managers
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
  • Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate attraction
