Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are seeking to hire an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team on a part-time basis!
Hours will be determined at interview stage to suit both the successful candidate and the business.
The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring a smooth hiring process for all managers within Kenny Waste Management and ensuring candidates receive an excellent experience from their initial phone call through to placement and induction. We are looking for candidates who are confident in speaking to new people, and are able to create a positive lasting impression as the first port of call for all new starters.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of all vacant roles within the business in order to understand what the hiring manager is looking for.
  • Prepare and post job adverts online.
  • Headhunt suitable candidates and create a candidate pipeline through business networking sites such as Linkedin
  • Shortlist all applications/CV’s in a timely manner.
  • Contact candidates to complete telephone screening.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Prepare Offer Letters and manage starter paperwork.
  • Liaise with the Office Manager and IT Provider for new starter equipment and system access.
  • Oversee the onboarding period (e.g. assist with inductions, arrange manager introduction meetings, coordinate new starter training such as site tours and Health and Safety).
  • Conduct new starter pulse checks after 3 months employment.
  • Any other duties deemed within reasonable scope by your line manager.
