You will be responsible for handling the full recruitment life cycle for TAL.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our candidates ensuring they receive the best first impression.
You will be qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the brand and gain candidate commitment.
Ensure all data and candidates records are up to date on our ATS.
Shortlisting and screening suitable candidates in line with the relevant job description.
Searching across multiple job databases for candidates.
You will be communicating with senior internal stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, so clear and confident communication is key for this role.
Arranging interviews with the hiring managers and providing support when required.
