SALARY UP TO £28,000 PRO RATA DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Temp to perm opportunity - initially six month contract with the potential to go permanent
This is a hybrid role, a minimum of 3 days per week in our office in Aldgate
Join our recruitment team to support our business growth. You’ll be assisting with recruitment efforts for live-in carers in Scotland and hourly domiciliary carers in London. You will work alongside a small team responsible for interviewing carers and managing them through to the offer stage, ensuring an unrivalled candidate experience throughout the process.

• 1 year experience in recruitment either agency or in-house
• Experience recruiting in the health and social care sector
• Experience using ATS
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written English
• Advanced (touch) typing ability
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Desire to deliver a consistently high candidate experience
• Ability to work to deadlines for multiple projects
• Capacity to work in a fast paced and changing environment
