    Currently based in Widnes, Cheshire, Regal Polythene Ltd T/A Regal Disposables have a UK wide presence in the disposables sector. We’re looking at growing our in-house sales team and in order to make these expansion plans a reality, we need to find a committed, driven and passionate Sales Account Manager.
    The Sales Account Manager opening is the ideal opportunity for those looking to excel in the field of sales. We focus on developing and enhancing the competitive nature and willingness to lead within every potential candidate.

You will participate in all areas of our business so you can master the role from the ground level. Along the way, you will be guided by a personal mentor, helping you to hone your skills in a supportive and nurturing environment. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll then have the chance to manage a full client of customers and increase your portfolio as you go.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous sales experience (Cold Calling , Sourcing new business)
  • High level of social & emotional intelligence
  • Great time management - working to deadlines will be a part of the role
  • A team player, as well as being focussed on your own development, to help everyone achieve their targets and objectives
  • Learning how to mentor, train, develop, and manage your own team
  • Becoming fully acquainted with our products and services, having strong product knowledge to be able to represent us with complete confidence
  • Selling products and learning Sales and expert Customer Service techniques
  • Increasing Regals brand awareness by promoting our products!
  • Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
