This role is for a motivated and mechanically minded ‘go-getter’. We need a customer service champion to provide technical support and drive sales for our Hardy Spicer branch in Mackay. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts. Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment. About You – The Ideal Candidate: Good verbal and written communication skills. At least a 1-year experience in customer service/ sales industry. Experience in industrial/ hydraulic products such as is advantageous Computer literacy at an intermediate level Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Team player to support other areas when required.
