Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage general office operations, including attending the main switchboard phone, ordering supplies and maintaining organisation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed to order products and services
  • Maintain positive relationship with Wholesale customers
  • Develop quotes for simple requests utilising existing quotation tools
  • Engage with customers to provide order updates and payments
  • Engage with logistics providers (e.g., DHL) to manage deliveries and receipts
  • Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
