Responsibilities

We are excited to offer a dynamic position that equally balances Sales Support and Internal Sales responsibilities. This role, based in our Perth Office within the WA team, is perfect for someone keen to start their career in both customer engagement and sales execution. In this dual-capacity role, you will:

  • Generate new business through way of outbound calls being responsible for the sales revenue and margin targets within allocated internal territory/sector.
  • Manage monthly outbound call cycle ensuring consistent digital/telephone calls.
  • Actively manage and grow existing accounts, focusing on sectors like hospitality, healthcare, small hotels, and various business accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve combined sales targets, contributing to managing accounts worth approximately $ 2m.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and the sales team for product demonstrations, ensuring technical accuracy and engaging presentations.
  • Use your strong analytical skills to monitor sales trends, manage customer databases, and provide insightful sales reports using tools like Excel.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support the sales team in closing deals.
