RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide pricing to the sales team and help create quotations in the pre-sales process.
  • Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business (onsite) by doing prospection, cold calling, quotations, follow-up, monitoring, attention, advice, and after-sales service.
  • Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
  • Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.
  • Help manage CRM tasks related with the sales team.
  • Giving support in tasks related to Operations Department.
  • Report to the Sales Manager.
