THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Lysaght business is looking for an Internal Sales Professional to join the customer service team based in Emu Plains. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills to play a key role in revitalising this important part of our business. If you are customer focused, confident in a sales environment, and thrive in a hands-on role, this is the role for you.

You will:

  • provide exceptional face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • identify and act on upselling opportunities to maximise sales
  • work collaboratively with the stores and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • manage sales transactions and customer enquiries

You are a customer service professional who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and can juggle multiple tasks with accuracy. You will also have;

  • a strong sales mindset, with the ability to follow through and close the loop with customers
  • a proactive attitude and sense of personal accountability, you take pride in doing things well
  • sales acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to customer needs
  • a familiarity with a customer relationship management system such as Salesforc
