INTERNAL SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – AGGREGATES

Location: Appley Bridge
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Chorley Concrete and Gaskells Tippers are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive forward our aggregate sales, manage key relationships, and contribute to the continued success of our business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in aggregate sales or the construction materials industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate – familiar with basic sales and CRM systems
Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop new business and re-engage with existing or lapsed customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and enquiries related to aggregates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing and supply agreements with quarries and aggregate suppliers
  • Work closely with our logistics and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and customer information
