Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking to add an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team in Barrie.
The Internal Sales Co-Ordinator is responsible for assisting with the delivery of new and used cars prior to customer’s pick-up time. The Internal Sales Co-Ordinator will work with the Business Managers and the Sales team to ensure the vehicle has completed all necessary after sales accessory installation/repairs, such as tint, rust, etc.

• Writing internal service repair orders for new and used cars.
• Coordinate after sales accessory installation/repairs, including tint, rust, etc.
• Work with Business Managers and the sales team to ensure the vehicle is prepared prior to the customer’s pick-up date/time.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day.
• Assist with service appointments if needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
